Our online returns can be processed within 24 hours of receiving your item. For in-store purchases, we encourage you to try items on before making a decision. Please note that any returns made in-store will be issued as store credit, if not returned within 24 hours.
We aim to ship within 1 day of purchase. We have a £5 shipping fee. We send first class tracked, so you can keep an eye on where your order is. Once the item has left our store, we aren't responsible for anything that is lost, contact the courier directly.
